At Tanzite Stonedecks, we want to ensure your outdoor living space is perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return window on all unused and undamaged decking materials. Please note that custom-cut orders and specialty stone colors are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Materials
Ensure all stone tiles and components are securely repacked in their original crates or packaging to prevent breakage during transit.
Schedule Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with a freight carrier to pick up the materials from your project site or residence.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned stone for damage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
